The business owners felt they were lacking some knowledge regarding business operations skills and wanted to see if there were improvements they could make that would make things easier for them.
Through the mentoring sessions, we found out that AI could be used to be more efficient. Additionally, we determined that we needed greater cyber security measures in place to product our business systems and information.
We were able to make some improvements to our business systems and utilise AI and other digital/automation tools to be more efficient.
